For Siren Studio, fun is a serious business! By purchasing any of our packages, or coming to any of our classes, you agree to follow the following rules...

Class Rules

What to bring: Please bring your own water and grip, as well as a towels to clean the equipment.
Keep it clean: Please ensure you clean your apparatus after your class is finished.
Equipment is used at your own risk. Please only use the equipment for its intended purpose
Stay safe: Do not train while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Late entrance: We care about you, and the last thing we want is for you to get hurt! Pole is physically challenging and warm ups are important, so please don't be late for class.
Filming during class: We encourage people to take and share videos and photos of themselves at Siren Studio. You may film yourself during designated times and during class, but you must get permission to film the instructor and any other students. Please ask for permission to post any content featuring the instructor or any other student before posting. The studio reserves the rights to share class videos on social media and repost student content.

Contract Rules

Class credits are valid for 30 days from the date and time of the purchase. It is your responsibility to utilise all purchased credits before the month expires.
Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds, discounts or roll overs will be given for missed classes or late cancellations.
Classes cannot be transferred or gifted without express permission from Siren Studio, and will only be allowed in case of illness or injury.
Classes can be rescheduled within the same month if you reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Classes that are cancelled within the 24-hour period will be forfeited. Please WhatsApp us on 072 621 4009 for any late cancellations.
Any class with fewer than two reservations may be cancelled. The cancellation will be notified 4 hours before class. If you have a reservation, you will be notified by text and/or email.
